What is an Energy Management Workshop?
A practical, structured approach to energy management specifically developed for small businesses with an energy spend of €100,000 or less. It helps businesses to reduce their energy costs by maximising efficiencies. Working with SEAI, Authentic has been providing Small Business Workshops since 2007.
Small Business workshops is available unbundled – we will deliver the workshop only The full bundle consists of workshop delivery, printing of material, accommodation of the workshop.
What are the Benefits to Participants?

Who is the workshop for?
The workshop has been developed for all types of small businesses, including for those with little or no knowledge or experience in energy management. Businesses can be in local clusters or in groups of similar businesses or sectors.

3 x half day workshops in a conveient location over 12 - 16 weeks. Workbook based with Practical Exercises Expert One to One support & Analysis by telephone & email
